Introduction

Many conveyancing transactions involve the occupation of extra land to which the seller does not have title. In many cases, indemnity insurance or a statutory declaration are seen as the solution. But the buyer’s conveyancer must think about whether an application for adverse possession should be made.

This virtual classroom session will introduce the key concepts and issues for conveyancers.
