This introductory webinar is aimed at residential conveyancers who are relatively inexperienced in acting for limited companies purchasing residential properties.
It is designed to give you a solid grounding in fundamental issues that typically need to be addressed when instructed on such transactions, including when a mortgage is involved.
The main focus of this webinar is on smaller companies, especially those with one director.
