It is very important that all police station advisers are aware of the various adverse inferences that may be drawn at trial as a result of that which the suspect did or did not do whilst under investigation at the police station stage.
This 30 minute webinar will examine how best to advise a client on what to do in order to avoid, wherever possible, inferences being drawn against him at trial.
