With the increase in trade mark filing and disputes before the UK Intellectual Property Office (‘UKIPO’), this webinar will provide you with the knowledge to be able to prepare cases for resolution whether you intend to conclude them by written or submissions.
The webinar provides an insight into how to run a case efficiently and what to expect and is suitable for those who have knowledge of the relevant legal provisions for oppositions, invalidity, and revocation but who have limited or no first-hand knowledge of UKIPO hearings.
