Introduction
The population is ageing, and increasingly there are also older people in the workplace. Older people bring a wealth of experience, but there can also be some challenges.
What happens if the performance of an older person declines? Can an employer discuss retirement with an older employee? If not, how does an employer know if an employee intends to retire? How can we be sure that older people are treated with respect, and that harassment is avoided?
In this webinar we will explore these questions.
