Introduction

This live broadcast session will provide a comprehensive and detailed review of both the FBT and AHA agricultural tenancy regimes and will provide delegates with the ability to deal with the issues that arise when it comes to dealing with both types of tenancy.

    • The two codes of practice that are relevant to those working with agricultural tenancies i.e. Tenancy Reform Industry Group (TRIG) Code of Good Practice for projects, schemes or works requiring landlord’s consent in agricultural tenancies - 1st Edition - July 2021
    • The Agricultural Landlord and Tenant Code of Practice for England - April 2024
