Introduction

The New Code of Practice was published in 2024 and has as its core principles Clarity, Communication and Certainty.

This short webinar will consider what these principles mean in practice in the context of all the different stages relevant to the tenancy journey from creation to termination.

This will provide you with a snapshot and easy reference to the approach suggested by the New Code of Practice and to enable you to make sure that you are clearly practising within the ethos and purpose of the Code.
