CCMS, Billing Family Fixed Fee Cases - Practical Tips & Pitfalls to Avoid

Introduction

The primary purpose of this virtual classroom seminar is to master the process of successfully submitting a solicitor’s CCMS family fixed fee / FAS claim within CCMS and to deal with the matter up to point of payment.

Adopting an approach of getting it right first time, this live session will look at the various steps in the process, how to provide a solid foundation for the claim and how to meet the LAA’s requirements. As well as giving practical tips, we will also identify some of the more common pitfalls to avoid costly delays and annoying KPI rejects to ensure your claim goes through first time.
