In 2018 the FCA updated its Handbook COBS Chapter 9 - Suitability.

Understanding the rules surrounding Suitability, and how they relate to a firm is an essential part of ensuring a business is healthy; the culture of a firm is on the right track, and its clients are being treated fairly.
