Inquests can be daunting for those new to this area.

They represent a departure from the usual civil or criminal adversarial proceedings and have their own rules and procedures. Perhaps most importantly, at the heart of every inquest is the death of a person therefore the inquest will be of the utmost importance to many people.

Once you have the right tools at your disposal you will be able to tackle inquest proceedings with ease and build a practice in this fascinating area of law.
