From 1 January 2024, Sir Martyn Oliver has taken over as His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills and has said that existing changes, and changes to come, will bring about a fresh start to inspire greater confidence in Ofsted’s work.
Emma Swann, Partner and Head of Academies and Coral Peutrill, Associate Solicitor at HCR Law will take a look at the recent changes to inspection practice, and those on the horizon, as well as practical tips on the options available to schools on receipt of a draft report, and once a judgement has been made to challenge Ofsted.
