The law around actions against the police is complex and those who defend them will seek to rely upon whatever tactics they can to do so. For those bringing such claims it is essential to think creatively and to be able to work through the law to seek solutions.
This webinar will also provide tips as to how to approach cases where the officers rely upon the Police National Computer.
