Introduction
There is a requirement to carry out a reasonable investigation before going ahead with disciplinary action against an employee, however, it can be difficult to know what amounts to being ‘reasonable’.
This webinar will focus on what is, and is not, required of the investigating officer.
Consideration will also be given to the issues which can arise during a disciplinary investigation, such as grievances being raised and deciding whether to suspend an employee, making it ideal for HR professionals and people managers.
