Course Outline
Introduction
The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill contains provisions allowing the Competition and Markets Authority to fine traders up to 10% of their annual global turnover in the event of a serious breach of consumer law. Given the complexity of consumer law, it is essential that lawyers and their clients are aware of the key areas of risk and how to deal with them effectively.
This in-person course provides a clear and concise guide to the existing rules and changes and applies the knowledge gained through a series of practical exercises.
