Introduction
As will often be the case, there will be disputes surrounding the appropriate level, duration, and frequency of contact (family time) during proceedings relating to children. This may well be within private and public children proceedings.
Practitioners need to be clear about the various steps that can be taken, the remedies involved, and the relevant and current law and guidance.
