Introduction

With the increasing popularity and ownership of cryptocurrency, the prevalence of scams and hacks has also increased with varying levels of sophistication.

In response to this, the Courts of England and Wales have sought to assist the victims of cryptocurrency fraud and scams in recovering stolen cryptocurrency.

This new virtual classroom seminar will look at the types of scams clients may have fallen victim to and go through the steps necessary to trace, freeze and recover stolen digital assets.
