Introduction
This webinar will cover a review of the law on repairing obligations and dilapidations disputes in Scotland including a review of standard repairing obligation clauses, an update on recent case law and what future changes are in store.
It will provide delegates with a better understanding of potential pitfalls when negotiating and drafting repairing clauses and how to avoid them, what to look for when considering the extent of a party’s obligations, and how best to minimise or maximise any potential claim for damages arising out of a failure to meet the repairing standard in the lease.
