Presented by expert speaker Lucy Mair of Garden Court Chambers, this new virtual classroom seminar will provide practitioners with an update on the Home Office’s domestic violence abuse rules and applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

  • Implications for the Court of Appeal decision in MY regarding human rights claims/rights of appeal
  • Complex DV-ILR cases which do not meet all the provisions of the rules and which application(s) to raise on behalf of those claimants
  • Abandoned spouses - AM, R (On the Application Of) v Secretary of State for the Home Department
