Education Otherwise Than at School or College (EOTAS/C) - Practical Guidance for Advisers

Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will provide an overview of EOTAS/C, including relevant case law and legislative updates and how these apply in practice.

It will also look at practical guidance for EOTAS/C within Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and how Personal Budgets can be relevant when advising your education clients.
