Introduction

For lawyers and other professionals working with transgender parties, it is important to understand the rights that a Gender Recognition Certificate does and does not bestow, and the effects that it has on numerous aspects of a transgender individual’s life.
This virtual classroom seminar will provide a comprehensive understanding of the process and procedure involved in obtaining a Gender Recognition Certificate and the legal implications of the same, with a particular emphasis on family law.
