Introduction
According to the Health & Safety Executive, more than 0.9 million work-related stress, depression or anxiety cases were reported in 2021/22 - a staggering 51% of all reported work-related ill health cases.
Now, more than ever, it is important for workplaces to:
- Consider what their culture looks like
- Identify how to support, and suppress psychosocial hazards,
- Create an open culture where employees feel able to raise their concerns without ramifications
This new virtual classroom seminar will show you how.

- Practical discussion openers to encourage an employee to talk about how they are feeling
- What is a ‘positive mental health culture’ - and are there risks of getting it wrong?
