Many industrial disease claims relate to events decades in the past when locating the Defendant can be complex. It is vitally important in personal injury litigation to ensure the correct Defendant is pursued, failure to identify the correct Defendant may lead to adverse costs consequences and delays in concluding a claim, this is especially important given the recent QOCS changes.
