Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will serve as a general introduction and developed discussion of the core elements of claims that stem from silica exposure in the workplace.

This live session will cover in greater depth the issue of causation including the medical causation (including how the disease is identified on CT and x-ray imaging), the legal tests applicable to determining causation, the typical heads of loss normally engaged and how these are evidenced and assessed.

By attending this live session, you will get a good grasp of the issues involved in handling these claims and how they should be approached with some tips on what evidence needs careful examination as a claim progresses.
