Introduction
For conveyancers there is a seemingly never ending set of problems that fall within their responsibility to their clients. Long gone are the days when the task of the conveyancer was to investigate title - now this has expanded into investigation of people (identity checks) and increasingly, the physical aspects of the property.
Of foremost importance in this category is the dreaded Japanese Knotweed which was highlighted again by the Court of Appeal in July 2018 in the case of Network Rail v Williams.

- Blue Circle Industries Plc v Ministry of Defence
