Introduction

Many of us use Outlook on a day to day basis with the inbox being the first thing we open when we start work in the morning.

This introductory level virtual classroom session will show you many of the features that can help you use Outlook more productively including creating templates for repetitive emails, organising your inbox with quick steps and rules.

The session will provide you with some top tips for organising and housekeeping your inbox, plus learning features available with the calendar and contacts in Outlook.

If you are using Outlook and want to make your inbox smarter and find out about some of the latest Outlook features, then this virtual classroom session is for you.
