Introduction

Neurodiversity is an important and often overlooked aspect to diversity at work.

Organisations that recruit, retain, and nurture a neurodivergent workforce can achieve a significant competitive advantage - from increased diversity in skills, ways of thinking, and approaches to problem-solving.

At the same time, a spate of recent cases has highlighted the risks that can arise where there is a lack of awareness and understanding.

Presented by expert speaker Paul Jennings, this new virtual classroom seminar will provide a detailed overview of the law and include a series of case studies, which will assist you understand how best to support neurodivergent employees in the workplace.
