Introduction
This practical in-person masterclass by a procurement expert, will provide an overview of the Procurement Act 2023 with an in-depth analysis of the key changes from current law, the implementation programme and timetable. The content will be updated as new information is published.
A must for anyone who practises public procurement (lawyers, procurement officers and others in the public or private sectors) with some knowledge of public procurement.
It will consider key issues, the new concepts, approach and language of the Act and the proposed subordinate legislation and guidance.
