Retail Disclosure Regime - Replacing UK PRIIPs

Introduction

On 22 November 2024, the UK Treasury brought in new rules granting the FCA powers to construct and deliver a new retail disclosure framework for Consumer Composite Investments (‘CCIs’), which will replace the current UK PRIIPs regime and will be tailored for the UK market.

This new virtual classroom seminar will look at these new rules and the FCA’s current consultation paper on the new product information regime, which is designed to help consumers understand the products they are buying while giving firms flexibility to innovate.

The session is suitable for lawyers, FCA-regulated persons and professionals working in the financial services industry.
