Aimed at surveyors, this webinar will offer an introduction to rural arbitration, including an outline of the key procedures involved. It will cover the legal framework governing rural arbitrations and the roles and responsibilities of the arbitrator, as well as the obligations of the parties involved. Additionally, the session will explore the latest guidance introduced by the Agricultural Act 2020.
