Introduction

The SRA has released guidance on sexual misconduct. All regulated firms should ensure they are aware of the SRA’s guidance, their expectations of firms and how they may approach an allegation of sexual misconduct.

Ideal for compliance officers or those within a HR team, this new virtual classroom seminar will provide a detailed summary of the SRA guidance on sexual misconduct, the SRA’s reporting regime and a summary of the requirement to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace under the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023.
