This new virtual classroom seminar will cover the key considerations and best practice when regulated Financial Services firms wish to report suspicious activities in respect of anti-money laundering and terrorists finance.

The session will look at the FCA and NCAs’ position vis-à-vis SARS plus an explanation of how to use the new NCA SAR Portal to submit reports.

It is suitable for those working both in law firms and in regulated financial services firms from litigators to in-house counsel, compliance, and anti-money laundering officers.
