Trust and company service providers (TCSPs) are at a high risk of being used for money laundering or terrorist financing. As such, they can pose a risk blind spot for law firms that provide these services.

Presented by Gemma Garen, current MLRO and MLCO of a city of London law firm, this new virtual classroom will consider real-life case studies and provide MLROs with actionable insights to navigate the complex challenges of TCSP compliance under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (MLR 2017).
