Introduction
This webinar will be of interest to anyone recently given the task of billing police station or Magistrate’s Court work as well as those involved in such work who want to ensure that they are not under-claiming.
It will cover police station claims including the circumstances in which two fees may be claimed when dealing with the same client. It will deal with the standard and non-standard fee regime for making claims on your Magistrate’s Court cases.

- The importance of appreciating the date of the Representation Order
- The 15% increase in fees - the circumstances in which the fee increase applies
- One police station fixed fee or more than one police station fixed fee when dealing with the same client
