The Care Case Fees Scheme - Successful Navigation for Family Lawyers

Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will enable you to understand how the CCFS scheme operates and works in practice. The scheme was originally introduced to provide a simplified method of agreeing advocate’s fees and solicitor’s profit costs.

This live session will look at how the scheme operates in practice, both during the case and following its conclusion. As well as giving practical tips, the live session will also identify some of the more common pitfalls to avoid costly delays and to facilitate prompt payment following the conclusion of a case.
