Introduction
This webinar will bring you up to date on the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
It will deal with those sections which are in force and will also cover important aspects of the Act such as Domestic Abuse Protection Notices and Domestic Abuse Protection Orders which are not yet in force.
As and when they are, they will radically alter, and replace, the current regime.
