The Party Wall Act 1996 provides a framework for notifying construction works in relation to party walls, party structures, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring buildings, and an expert-led dispute resolution procedure.
This virtual classroom seminar focusses on how the Act operates, what do to if there is a breach of the Act, and how to deal with the Act during conveyancing transactions.
