Introduction
On 18th September 2023, Parliament enacted the Protection from Sex-Based Harassment 2023 creating the new offence of intentionally cause a person harassment, alarm, or distress because of the complainant's sex (or presumed sex). A commencement date has not yet been set but this webinar will mean you hit the ground running when it does.
