Care proceedings are increasingly being issued by local authorities in relation to children who have travelled without an adult to seek asylum in the UK.
In light of the current approach to immigration these cases present their own unique set of challenges for practitioners.
This short webinar will briefly explore the key challenges that care practitioners need to consider in these cases and how these challenges should be approached. It will also consider the up-to-date caselaw in this area.
