This webinar will help you to understand the legislation behind each duty, make practical suggestions to aid compliance and avoid liability, and explore the key duties that apply to directors of a private limited company.

The session will extrapolate key insights and ideas that are relevant for private companies raised by the Guidance on Directors' Duties published by The Association of General Counsel and Company Secretaries Working in FTSE 100 Companies (‘GC 100’), together with the application of recent cases relating to the legislation. It will also introduce the new directors’ Code of Conduct.
