Andrew Swan

Andrew is a solicitor for his own firm Andrew Swan Law. He has worked for larger commercial firms for many years and became a freelance solicitor in 2022. He is an expert in Financial Conduct Authority matters and advises clients on compliance with the complexities of the FCA Handbook, including the CMCOB and CASS rules. He has been advising and representing claims management companies for the last 15 years and has represented many companies subject to regulatory investigation. His clients have included some of the UK’s largest CMCs and those involved in high profile enforcement cases. He also sat as an Executive of the Alliance of Claims Companies for a number of years.
