Duncan Bailey

Partner & Head of Private Client, Brabners. Duncan’s work is predominantly trusts and tax planning for individuals, trusts and owner managed businesses. He also deals with will drafting, probate administration and power of attorney advice and drafting. Duncan holds a STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes. He is the former chairman of STEP Liverpool and is the former Chair of the Non-Contentious Business Committee of Liverpool Law Society.
