Helen is an energy expert and advises developers, governmental bodies, network operators, investors and offtakers on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance in the energy sector. A key focus of her work is energy offtake and revenue streams, and the regulatory framework applying to these, having advised on power purchase agreements, optimisation agreements and subsidy schemes across a range of technologies. This includes offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, and stand-alone and co-located battery storage.
