Jonathan is a Partner in DAC Beachcroft's London based Commercial Litigation Group and is Head of the firm's Crypto Disputes Team. Jonathan is a seasoned litigator with over 25 years' experience of multi jurisdiction and large-scale commercial disputes. His practice encompasses financial services litigation, financial services contentious regulation and business crime. Jonathan advises crypto market participants: crypto exchanges, crypto wallet businesses, founders, entrepreneurs, and developers in relation to a wide range of commercial disputes, regulatory and criminal investigations and prosecutions.
