Malcolm Dowden

Malcolm has 30 years’ experience of advising on issues relating to technology, data protection and electronic communications. His advisory work includes designing and delivering policy development workshops for government and public sector bodies in the UK, GCC region and Africa. Malcolm has also advised, written and lectured on AI development and deployment and (as Visiting Fellow at the University of Winchester) developed and led a level-6 module on technology and cyber law. He is a Senior Practice Development Lawyer in the global TMT team at Pinsent Masons.
