Martin has extensive experience of working with the financial services sector, including Banks, Private Equity and Insurance. He specialises in advising clients in respect of their obligations under the Senior Accounting Officer, Publication of Tax Strategy and Corporate Criminal Offences legislation. Martin also provides advice regarding best practice in line with the OECD ‘Co-operative Compliance’ model, including the development of robust Tax Control Frameworks and detailed Tax Policy and Procedure documentation.
