Nicholas Grier

Nicholas Grier, W.S., is Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Abertay. A former solicitor who worked in corporate conveyancing and merchant banking, he has presented for MBL for many years on aspects of corporate law and insolvency. He has also published a number of books and articles on these topics.
