Robert Dever

Tax Partner at Pinsent Masons, Robert advises large domestic and multinational corporations on all aspects of corporate tax with a particular emphasis on, and expertise in, M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, inward investment projects, cross-border tax planning, private equity and joint ventures. Before joining Pinsent Masons, Robert was a tax partner at Eversheds Sutherland LLP in Dublin. Robert regularly writes and presents for tax publications and institutions and in 2023 he won International Tax Review’s Tax Rising Star Award.
