ICOBS is the set of regulatory rules and guidance that concern the distribution of non-investment insurance products (in the main, general insurance policies such as home, motor, pet and types of business insurance) in the UK.
As well as looking at the ICOBS provisions per se, this webinar will consider how general insurance products are sold, by whom, and what other FCA requirements might be relevant to their sale.
It is suitable for lawyers, compliance professionals, FCA-regulated persons and professionals working in the financial services industry.
