Introduction
This webinar provides a concise update regarding key developments in family law. Firstly, it will cover the new guidance on wider issues in the operation of the justice system (transparency, treatment of neurodiversity, use of intermediaries) and secondly, it will provide a specific financial remedies update covering the recent Resolution report on domestic abuse in financial remedy proceedings and the proposed reform of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 by the Law Commission.
Change is afoot and all practitioners need to be aware of these crucial developments; they will reform our practice in the months and years ahead.
